With the insidious spread of drug trafficking beginning to effect so many lives across the Western world, Australia had suddenly woken up to how seriously they were becoming effected. Through the intervention of a wealthy philanthropist and the persistence of Tully a dogged, and flamboyant journalist, who stirs the governmental lethargy, a chase begins across the China Sea, Hong Kong and into Red China seeking to destroy the source of the opium smugglers.

Tully finds himself frustrated and emotionally shattered and in danger of being murdered by the Triad organization. On top of which his infatuation with an outstandingly beautiful girl leads him into trouble of a different kind.

David Penn was born in Tunbridge Wells and enjoyed a Public School education. He has travelled widely across Europe, the far East and spent some years in Australia. He has two sons and a daughter, and since losing his Wife has devoted himself to writing novels.His Daughter lives nearby but his sons are now residing in Spain and Perth (Australia) respectively.
